Funny and intresting story all at the same time. Ok so tonight I had Young Women's and had to take my kids with me because Shawn is in Alaska on a guys fishing trip with my family. So, we were getting ready to go and I told Amme that she needed to get her running shoes on because we were going on a walk up the canyon. Little side note...she loves these shoes. Shawn bought them for her just before he left on his trip and she wears them to the gym day care every morning because she thinks that she needs to wear running shoes like me. so, back to the point. Amme was putting her shoes on and she said to me..."Mommy, will you be stressed out if I get my shoes dirty." OUCH! "I said, No Amme it's ok." she said..."Oh, ya because it will just be an accident and we can wash them huh Mommy." I replied..."Ya, we can wash them." she said..."We can not dry them though, just wash them." Ok I need a swift kick in the behind if my three year old worries about me being stressed out because she gets her shoes dirty. For cryin out loud isn't that what most kids do best with their shoes? Yikes JaNae get a clue and lighten up is what I thought to myself.

Brandt shaved his head for his mission so, he talked shawn into shaving his head also. While Brandt was shaving his head Amme said..." Brandt, I didn't know that you cut hair." It was so funny. Then she said..."Daddy, I don't like your hair like that it does not look good. It looks better with the your hair poking up in the front." That was her way of saying I like it better when you have hair and it is styled. Pretty funny.

Amme had her end of the year pre-school program last night. She has learned so much this past school year. They did a whole program of songs, colors, numbers, shapes and the alphabet. Her teacher Mrs. Allred is amazing!! It was so much fun to go and watch. Grandpa, Grandma, Bryce, Kelly, Hank, Aubs,Brandt and Maddie came to support Amme along with Shawn, Asher and I. I know I have not posted forever. I think that I am just lazy. I have to be in the mood and have the time and I guess lately neither of those have been on my side. But, we are still alive. I have lots of pictures that I want to post so when I get in the mood or have time I will. I have some awesome boston pictures and fun times with my girls.I had a good mothers day. I got a new much needed stove and oven. Now I have a double oven YEA!! I also got my widows tinted in my car so my girls don't melt this summer. Some shrubs, flowers and flower pots for my yard that my husband keeps up so well. I tell people if it were not for my husband we would have the white trash yard with a collection of all kinds of things from bikes, our old stove, Amme's yard toys scattered and what ever else I deciede I did not want to put away. Also,Shawn made me breakfeast in bed and did pretty much everything but, go to the bathroom for me that day.As for lately we have been going to the park a lot and enjoying the summer. I also signed Amme up for swim lessons and a day week of summer school. Which she can not wait for.

My little brother Brandt recieved his mission call yesterday!! He is going to Atlanta Georgia...with a little twist if you will...spanish speaking. We are so proud of him and the man that he is. I can't say that I know a boy so kind, fun, service oriented, errand runnin, baby sittin kid than this one. He is an AMAZING person and a great little brother. Sorry he is not for sale. We will miss his cute buns. Although, we know he will be in the right place. We love you to pieces Brandt.

So, we are going to BOSTON tomorrow! I can't wait. Other than it is supposed to be in the 50's and feel like it's the 40's. I thought that when you went on vacation you were supposed to go somewhere warmer?? Guess Not?! We are going to three YANKEE'S VS. RED SOX games. My dad is trying to convince everyone that they are YANKEE'S fans. kinda funny. I will be a YANKEE'S fan any day if I can come along for a vacation! A day at the PARK!!

So this morning we did the usual routine Amme woke up had breakfast then got in the bath, got dressed and I was doing her hair. I was brushing her long mane which has snarles up the wazoo cuz it's so dang long. Well, usually when I brush it and it has snarles I tell her to say... "Be nice you silly brush." just so that she doesn't freak out and cry. Well, this morning the brush was hurting her because she had the usual snarles and I said..."Tell the silly brush to be nice Amme." She quickly responded.."No Mom I'm not playing that game anymore it hurts me." I was dying! I really thought that she thought that the brush was hurting her. I had no clue that she knew that it was a little game. That's what you get when your three year old is smarter than you;) So, needless to say she was good while I did her hair and then we made it to the park to play and have a picnic with Cannon and Brooklyn her two little buddies. Amme loves the park and being able to run free. Asher and Kennedy just rolled around,said Da,da and played on the blanket. Just what they do best. I can't wait for summer so that we can go to the pool everyday!

We had so much fun in cabo! We stayed in an amazing home with the most amazing view, we got massages three times and they even came to us! We ate some of the most amazing places one of them being at the hotel "The one and Only" Let me tell you...It was a site to see the grounds and the food and service was UNBELIEVABLE! We relaxed at the pool all day and got waited on hand and foot by the house keeper Fortunado and Lulu! the cutest people in the world. They even went to church with us on sunday:)Asher was such a good girl. She slept on the plane the whole flight there and back. We didn't hear a peep form her while taking off or landing which was wonderful. She loved playing in the pool in her little floatie and hangin' with little Max. They looked like sexy little things in their swim gear. Can't wait to go back next year!!!! Thanks Mom and Dad We love you.

ME!! My parents are taking all of the adults in the family to Cabo tomorrow!!!!!! Excpet Asher and Max get to come because they are still drinking Mama Juice(I know they both secretly planned it so they could come) We are so excited to go! It will be so much fun. Asher cut her first tooth on Wednesday night. Sad to say she was getting babysat by Bryce and Kelly,and cried the entire time. I felt so bad for all of them. When I got there to pick her up Bryce was walking around holding her to keep her happy. Duke was even playing and he managed to watch his team and keep her happy. Thanks Bryce!!!

Shawn wanted to go on a surf trip and he knew that the only way he cold go would be to take us to disneyland too! It was Asher's first time going and she loved it. She was so good and loved sitting in the baby Bjorn on shawn. Amme loves Disneyland like her mom. We had so much fun. We stayed at our good friends house the Blacks who stayed with us when they all went snowboarding. We like to think that we have a vacation house in california and they have one in Utah!! Amme dressed up as Allison Wonderland and I really think that she thought that she was Allison. Everyone that saw her was dying because she kept that hilarious wig on. She loves that dress up. Shawn surfed and did the flow rider it's a fake wave that is actually harder than surfing shawn said. But, He and David did such a good job!! I will post pic of that when I get them downloaded. Oh and can I say that I am obsessed with trader Joes and I think Utah needs one really bad and a farmers market too!!

I signed up to take a treat to Amme's school class for their Thanksgiving feast. So, I decided to make these cute Turkey cupcakes! They were super easy and turned out pretty cute i thought. I also went to help Amme's class with some games that they were playing and got there while they were still eating. Their teacher was just handing out the cupcakes as I arrived and Amme got up from her tabel and walked over to the other tabel and said to the kids..."what do you tell me for the chick cupcakes? what do you tell me Huh?" the kids said..."Thank You Amme" and she said... "You are welcome you guys." It cracked me up. I thought that was so cute...

Makin Cookies

I was craving something sweet because i cant eat chocolate and I dont have anything in my house that is sweet and not chocolate so...Ii decided to make Snickerdoodles! YUMMY!! Amme wanted to help so she rolled out the balls and then rolled them in the cinnamon and sugar. She was such a big help and had lots of fun. We all enjoyed eating them!!

I just have to say what a good Dad Shawn is. He is one good guy. He takes Amme to the BYU Football and Basketball games, fishing, Skateboarding, to work and every where else. It's great. Just lately he told me that wednesday is my day. When he comes home from work I get to leave for the night and do what ever I want. I wish I was that nice to him. A few weeks ago on saturday I almost had a melt down so, he took both kids to get the car washed, to walmart and Real foods for me. How nice it was to get ready in peace. Thanks Shawn!!

What a good little girl! Asher is such a good little girl. She has a sweet little disposition. When you have a baby like Asher going from one to two is a piece of cake. Well....not all the time but, most of the time. Asher is laughing and babbling all the time she started at like 6 weeks. She also loves to sit up. When she is in her car seat she holds her head up like she wants to sit up. When she is on your lap she just sits forward it looks like she is looking at the ground because she sits so far forward. I just wub her. And, the cheeks I want to eat them. She is just a little butter ball. We love Asher!!!

When Amme goes to school she has to trace her name with a dry erase marker on this laminated piece of paper that has her name on it. So, this past week Amme did it all by her self. I was very plesed. It was so cute becasue she said.."Mom, i can do it myself now." and she really did. She did such a good job. Thank heavens for her darling pre school teacher she is learning so much. The other day I went to pick her up from school and she was dressed like an indian. She had a hat with feathers and a vest made out of a brown paper bag that she had painted then she had a darling noodle necklace and to top it off she had this adorable little drum. When I walked in the class room to pick her up Mrs. Allred was singing some cool indian song and they were all dressed up playing their drums. Amme is learning so much and loves school. We sure love Amme. She lights up our lives and makes everyone around her smile.

Family Pictures AGAIN????

Today we had family pictures with my family. (My parents and Sisters and Brothers and their kids and spouses) this was the 5th time since september that we have had pictures taken for one reason or another. The first time was Asher's baby pictures. We had to get them re-taken because the photographer only uses natural light and ten minutes into our sessin it started to storm. Then, we had family pictures taken for my little family and pictures for Amme turning 3 (I get pictures at every age) The ones of Amme turned out. But, for some reason in every family picture she was making a face or some random pose. Oddly enough Amme loves getting her pictures taken. It works out good for me because she is really good and smiles. (sometimes she poses and makes funny faces. but, what do you expect from and energetic 3 year old?) So, we had family re-takes on wednesday at wheeler farms and I am crossing my fingers and my eyes and my toes and my legs and arms that those turn out. Then today we had the whole fam there for pictures. But, at least out of the big family picture we got some cute clothes on Steven and Susan what nice parents I have. so needles to say I am sick of planning and getting ready for pictures. I'm good for another year! Well half a year because Asher will be 1 in July. I am trying to figure out how to get the pictures off the c.d and into the right place on the computer so I can post them.

We had a fun Halloween! Shawn and I carved pumpkins! We tried to wake amme up but, she was to tired from her School party. Then we went to my parents wards trunk or treat. that was a lot of fun. shawn and amme had fun doing all the games and amme got her face painted. Gardner Village

A group of the girls in my family that were able to go went to gardner village the day before halloween and shopped then we went to this play and dinner. It was really fun. The only reason Amme is in one of these pictures is because shawn had to come pick her up from us on his way home from work. We all had a good time.

Amme had quite the eventful halloween! we will start out with the class party!! She got to go to school in her costume and take treats to share. They had a little class party and then the last 15 minutes of class the parents got to come watch the kids in a parade. It was so cute! they all walked in a line up and down the street while their teacher played the guitar they sang halloween songs that they learned. Amme's favorite song goes like this I'm a mean old witch flying on my broom with my black cat, you better watch out or i might scare you BOO!!When she says boo she cracks up because she thinks it really scares people. she always says mom did that scare you? I tell her yes it's so scarry!

My friend Kacie called me and said that she saw this cute Halloween cake on good things Utah. So, i deceded to stop being such a boring mom and let my hair down and roll up my sleeves and let amme help me make this messy cake! We had fun. i even let her do it her way. I am very proud of myself. In the middle of making it she said "Mom,lets just stop for a minute and look at it." I thought that was so cute of her because it reminded me that i need to stop once in a while and look at life or what ever i am doing or what ever is going on. Asher sat in her swing and wathced us. She was really good!

On sunday in primary we were practicing for our primary program and me and Annie the teacher that I team teach with and absolutely adore. We were getting bored and decided to take some pictures. Sunday in nursery Amme got this crown! The lesson was on i can be obedient. I thought this crown was so adorable. so, I just had to take a picture. The girl in the picture is a girl in my achievement days class. Oh, I have to tell this cute little thing that Amme said...the other moarning i was feeding Asher and Amme was kinda getting in the way so I kinda moved her with my arm and she said..."Mom, don't push me it doesn't make my feelings feel good." It broke my heart. I thought it was the cutest thing that she recognized how it made her feel. She is so funny! oh and i just put this picture of Shawn and Amme on! We were on our way to church.

Who you gonna be for Halloween??

So, Amme is gonna be a witch for Halloween! It is the cutest witch costume ever. Both of the girls were gonna be pumpkins for the lack of my creativity and energy to find something different. Then Amme kept saying that she wanted to be a witch. So after trying on her pumpkin costume and shawn saying how ugly he thought is was i decided to look around and found the most adorable witch costume. So,yea Amme gets to be a witch. She also keeps saying that she wants to be a pirate...Captain Jack Sparrow! but, i think we will just stick with the witch this year. Little Asher baby! we could not make her be the ugly pumpkin even though it would be warm so i looked around for something different for her as well and found the cutest pink piggy ever! So, she will be sportin the lil' pig. Like i said in an earlier post I got their Halloween pictures taken so, when I get them I will post them!! I think they turned out cute. This wednesday we have a trunk or treat in the church parking lot. We are all supposed to decorate our cars and have treats to hand out. We are excited! Tonight for family night were gonna get decorations and candy! It's kind nice because then the kids can wear their costumes more than one time. I love holidays and being festive! I know I am weird but, hey it's more fun that way. oh ya and Amme told Shawn that he could be a Pirate and scare everyone. She thought that was such a good idea.

So Asher is sick and it is so sad. She is still so happy though. She is the cutest little girl. She just babbles and smiles all day long, even while she is sick. Today her aunt Aubrey was playing peek a boo withe her and she was laughing so hard. It was the cutest thing. She is such a mellow and easy going baby. We hope she feels well soon. Luckily Amme is healthy! We are counting our blessings.

My cousin cheers for Lone Peak High Scool. They had a workshop for little girls ages 4-10. SO, Amme went to this little workshop thing. They learned a little dance-cheer thing. So, they performed at the football game during half time. It was so fun to watch. I was thinking how nice it is to have a little kid that loves people and is not afraid to leave me. She actually enjoys getting out. So, here are a few pirtures the girl with amme is my cousion Brecka, she is a doll. There is one of Shawn and Asher watching the game and Asher playing hide and go seek. I thought they were cute. Oh and last night we got family pictures taken at river woods. We also had Amme's 3 year old pictures and ones of them in their costumes. I hope they turned out. When i get the proofs I will post them.

I think it is so cute when little sisters match! although it is hard to find matching clothes becasue at the gap the baby line is different than the toddler line. You can get matching clothes when they are like 6 or 12 months. but, my girls both had kinda matching pink sweats. so, i had to take their pictures. I think they look cute.

Today we woke up and watched conference...it its always so good. then we went on a walk to the park with the kids and realized that there was going to be a carnival so we went home and fed the kids and then took them back to have fun at the carnival. They rode horses,got their faces painted,ate cotton candy,played in a big jumper thing and made a little art picture. I love doing things like this with my kids. Amme loves to have a good time, seeing her smiling face makes me smile and I feel like I am being a good Mom letting her do things that make her feel like a kid.

So, my husband said to me last saturday at nine p.m. I'm gonna go to San Deigo and pick up my surf boards...I said a no your not! i all but had to twist his arm to not go. so, All week between him and Lauren my lil' love they have been begging me to go. So, we are here. we left thursday night at eight thirty and arrived here at 4:00 a.m. we got here safely and that is what i am happy about. so...the guys went surfing in mexico and we are chillin with 4 kids!!we took the kids to the mall and if they were good they could ride the merry go round. So, as you can see they were good. Amme tried on the pirate hat in the disney store. She loves pirates. We decided that Asher and Kardiff are going to get married. Here are some pictures for their wedding video. It's a party:)I could hang with lauren all day every day so it is so fun. If i can be with Lauren then Shawn can surf whenever he wants. the girls are so cute and love each other.

On Monday night for family night we had a lesson then, we went to a pumpkin patch that a guy has in his front yard and picked out pumpkins for our front porch. then, the week before halloween we will carve them. we all picked one out. Ok so my favorite friend Lauren told me that i write the same damn thing every time. "My girls are so cute...Blah blah blah! well, i don't know what to write about! so if any of you have ideas let me know. I love reading everyone else's blogs and am so inspired at how talented and what amazing mom's you all are. but, i just don't know what to write about other than my girls because they do take up most of my time...HELP!! Oh a few other things that I do are Pampered Chef and Scentsy Candles. I do these two little businesses for fun. it's a hobby and i love kitchen things and Candles. If you do not have a Scentsy Candle you need one. They are the best ever. You will be hooked. The big reason i sell them is because my Mom, sisters, Aunts, and Cousions place orders constantly so they wanted someone in the family to do it. So, I said I would. I hope you all give me some more intersting ideas of what to write about.

Amme and Asher are...The light of my life. I am so Blessed to be their Mom. They make life so fun and interesting. Sometimes I complain but,then think how blessed I am to have two beautiful, healthy girls. I have a very sacred calling to raise these girls in righetousness. I only pray that I can do half the job my Mom did. She is amazing!! I am also very blessed to have Shawn, he is a good husband and daddy to these girls. Life is to short to complain. That's what I am working on. Focusing on the good and what I am blessd with not what I don't have. I love my Husband and girls.

Amme's Field Trip

Today at school Amme went on a field trip to Arctic Circle. They got to go on a tour in the back and see how they do everything at the fast food places. The little boy in the picture with amme. she kept calling him brother. She said "Mom, look I'm playing with brother!" it was so funny. I am so glad that i put her into pre-school. She is doing so well and she loves it so much.

My little sister Aubrey had her first little boy and actually her first baby today. Well actually this moarning at 1:44 A.M. He was 7Lbs.2oz. and 20 inches long. He is so darling. he has the perfect complection. Aubrey did it All NATURAL!! No epidural!! You go GIRL!! She was so calm and took it like a real woman. Hank, My Mom, Dad, Kristen (good family friend), Me, and my sister Sherida were all there. It was so amazing. She made it look like a piece of cake. I was there from 10:30 P.M. until 4:00 A.M. this moarning. I was so blessed to be able to be there. I was also grateful shawn was able to be home with the kids and that Asher baby sleeps through the night and didn't need milky milk. She is a good little sleeper. I am so blessed to have such a good baby. After Amme went to pre-school today I took her and Asher to the hospital to see Aubs,and Max. Amme adored him. It was fun to visit and hang out for a little while. CONGRATULATIONS Aubs and Hanky Panky.

Mom is this 9.0

So my mom has this water machine that purifies water. it's called kangen water and there are different levels or numbers of water. It starts at 8.0 and you have to work your way up to 9.5 because the water makes your body alcaline. If your body is to acidic for the water you will get really sick so Amme always asks me..."Mom, is this 9.0?" it cracks me up because this 3 year old knows to ask if she can drink the water. If the water is in one of my colored water bottles Amme will say..."Mom, that is grandma's special water huh? and I can't drink it." Because my Mom has thoes water bottles also and Amme always asks if she can have a drink and my Mom tells her that it is her special water and she can't drink it or she will get really sick. So, little Amme is already trained on what water she can and can't drink...Not the 9.0 or Grandma's special water.

Its church Day!

A few times a week Amme wakes up and says..."Mom, is it church day today?" Shes loves going to church and especially nursery. The past three weeks she has not been able to go to nursery because we had a cousions mission homecoming, then it was ashers blessing and we came home for a lunch, then it was stake conference. Amme was so upset the sunday that it was the homecoming she said..."Mommy, Daddy is so mean he will not let me go to nursery." She thinks its punishment when she does not get to go. She absolutley adores her nursery teachers and with out fail every sunday when we get to sacrament meeting she says Mom where is sista Bitta (Sister Bitter) her nursery teacher. She loves her to pieces along with Sister Maria and Sister Hodges. They are three little Angels teaching Amme's nursery class. So, shawn spoke today in sacrament meeting because the elders Quorm presidency spoke and he is the first counselor. Amme started walking up to the stand and said Mom i want to sit with dad and bare my testimony. i had to bribe her with treats to come back and sit by me. so, then we took Amme well actually she took her self to nursery. Shawn and i just wanted to make sure that she was there so we went and opened the door and sure enough she was there in nursery and Amme said..."Dad, you did a good job on your testimony now i just have to do mine." I almost died of laughter. It was so funny to hear her tell her dad he did a good job. She is so funny. Little Asher girl was such a gem at church. She just minds her manners and listenes to the speakers. She is such a good baby. We are so blessed to have her.

We decide to have Aubrey take some pictures of Amme while we were getting Ashers done. She was in love with the tutu! It looked so cute on her and she felt like a little princess in it. Amme was just posing away for Aubrey. Amme was really good and did exactly what we asked her to do. I think these pictures turned out so cute of Amme. She has so much pesonality that we dont have to bribe her to smile and strke a pose for the camera. It is so funny watching her. We love Amme and enjoy all that she has to offer life. I just have to tell one little funny story about Amme the other day i was getting ready and she came into my bathroom and said "Hey Fabulous Mommy, will you put my shoes on Fabulous Mommy?" It was the funniest thing ever. she is constantly saying the cutest things.

These are some pictures of Asher that were taken when she was six weeks old. She was starting to not sleep all the time so, she was awake during most of the session. We got them taken by a girl named Aubrey in Salt Lake. This lady uses natural lighting to take her pictures. So, we went up there and it was stormy so we took a few pictures and then decied that the light was not working so we would have to re-schedule. But, during the session we had ashers diaper off in a few of the pictures and she managed to pee on Daddy. It was funny and Daddy was a good sport. So, we re-scheduled and Aubrey came to our house which was nice so i did not have to get her ready again and drive up there. we were in our own element which was good for Asher. I think these pictures are so adorable but, what mom does not think her kids are so cute? Asher was really good and just loved the photo shoot!

Great Grandpa Heinz

These are some pitcures of Amme and Asher's great Grandpa Heinz. He lives in germany and came to utah to visit all of us for the weekend. So, they were both able to meet him. We all went to pick grandpa up from the airport then we went to luch at Market Street Grill. Daddy works down town so he was able to meet us for lunch. On the way to lunch Amme said..."Mom i want a grandpa like the one grandpa has. I said what grandpa she said...Grandpa Heinz has a grandpa and I want one like him. It was so cute. Then we just hung out at my parents house and visited. That night we went to chadder's for dinner and to Baskin Robins for ice cream. It was fun.

Asher's Blessing

These are some pictures of Ashers Blessing! She looked like a little Angel. We bought her a little corsage. it was adorable. She was very good girl during her blessing. Her daddy gave a good blessing. Lots of family came to Ashers blessing to share her special day with us. After the blessing we had a lunch over at our house. It was fun to get together with everyone. Asher is such a sweet little girl and has such a calm disosition about her. She has the fairest skin. we don't know where she got that skin from because both of us have pretty tan skin. We sure are blessed to have asher in our family and are excited for her life ahead of her.

Here are some pictures of Asher and Amme! Asher is getting so big. She had her two month check-up two weeks ago and she weighed 12Lhs. even. she is getting so big. I did not immunize her at her 2 month check-up because i am doing some research on immunizations and praying about what i should do. It is a hard decision. i want the best for my kids and so i feel like i need to be informed about the decisons that i make. Asher is such a good baby. She is sleeping 9-10 hours a night. which is so wonderful for me. She is such a mellow and happy baby. we love her so much. Amme is such a good big sister to asher. She helps me by getting the diapers,burp cloths,throwing diapers away and playing with Asher. Amme is such a big girl. she is potty trained and has been for almost a year now. She has been such an easy little girl. Amme has been our little guardian angel. We love Amme and Asher to death.

So my friend Lauren has been bugging me to get a blog. so, i decided to make one and use it as a journal. i got that idea to use it as a journal from my friend tristen. so here i go.....being a blogger. My husband is Shawn and thinks i am nuts for doing this. I have two cute little girls Amme is 3 and Asher is two and a half months. Amme just started preschool two weeks ago and loves it. she is such a smart little girl. she is always cracking us up with silly little things she does and says...for instance tonight she was going to the bathroom in my bathroom and she said Mommy...your SUPER DUPER! Don't know where she got that one from. we love her little buns to pieces. And as for little Asher she is the sweetest thing ever! she is such a good baby and already sleeps through the night. She holds her head up and babbles and smiles all day long. i don't know what we would do with out her. She loves when her daddy changes her diaper she just looks at him and smiles. It's fun being a mom to good little girlies. Especially when you have a husband that helps out....when hes not sick. Shawn has been sick this past week with the FLU! so sad! today we had stake conference. it was so good. Then, we went to my parents house tonight for dinner and hung out with family. well, that's all for tonight. i'll do another entry tomorrow.
